The Act of Serving Families Chose Me
How I Became A Postpartum Doula
My journey to becoming a postpartum doula began LONG before I even knew what a doula was. Acts of service have always been my love language, and my desire to help others is rooted deeply. I grew up in a home that doubled as a daycare, and from an early age, I learned how to care for and nurture infants and children, developing an instinct for understanding their needs. Looking back, I realize how those moments of play and care set the foundation for my passion to support new parents and their babies today.

Keeping your baby close helps keep them calmer, but keeping them in arms is not always realistic. Babywearing allows you to extend the benefits of kangaroo care while keeping you hands free and better able to meet your obligations.
